Great frother!
I just got this item yesterday. The shipping was fast and I popped in 2 AAA batteries and used it immediately to froth vanilla almond milk.I heated a little over a third cup in a pourable 1 cup size glass measuring cup for 25 seconds in the microwave. This can actually fit more than one cup so I knew it wouldn't overflow when frothed. The instructions in the email the company sent and other reviewers said to warm milk first. The boxed product itself didn't have written instructions for use that I could find. After warming milk, then I put the frother part completely under the milk and frothed for about 25-30 seconds and the foam rose to beyond the one-cup mark. I poured that into my coffee. I forgot to add sweetener first into the coffee but the foam still held its form very well after stirring around. To clean, I put soapy water in a clean measuring cup and submerged just the head and part of the metal rod into the cup. Then I turned it on as instructed in the email. Finally I rinsed the same way with water and air dried. It was pretty quick. Don't submerge the main electrical/battery components!I was really happy with it overall. I want to try on lowest milk next. Great product!

Fantastic for what it is
I love this little wand! It's not going to do the steam froth like your barista with the fancy machine, but it does a beautiful job of forming foam for at home lattes. My kids love it for homemade "steamers" and Bengal spice tea lattes. The price is fantastic and barely takes up any space. I highly recommend!

Works with milk, but try it for aerating red wine too!
I am sure wine snobs would view it as violence, but it is also great for aerating red wine! Better than the bubblers that insert in the bottle. Be super careful not to bend the shaft on this gadget! The resulting wobble is very difficult to eliminate and it impairs its effectiveness.

It's okay
The spinny piece/rod of my frother fell out. I think it was glued in place because I can't get it to stay in place and pushing it in too hard will stop the motor from spinning. I was able to fix it with some crazy glue but it was definitely annoying I wish they had some other way of securing the rod.

Froth it up!
This thing is surprisingly sturdy and well centered! I used it to froth some matcha green tea and it worked beautifully - the froth was out of control!I do think it's slightly overpriced and should really cost about $7, so I took one star off. It is, however, WAY better than the fat plastic ones that take two batteries.

This is a perfect size and looked like it was very powerful but ...
This is a perfect size and looked like it was very powerful but as soon as you put it in liquid it goes to crap. It loose all its power. If I hadent thrown the box away I would have returned it. I use it to mix coffee after I put creamer in 🤪🙄

This is a great little mixer for the price
This is a great little mixer for the price. While it's built for frothing milk, I experimented with whipping eggs and cream and it did okay. The only very very minor issue is that with thicker substance the mixer part can clme loose from the base. But for frothing milk, works great.

Worked well but failed.
I bought the Urban Kitchenware milk frother for $13.97 in May of 2016. It's nicely designed, solidly built and worked well until August of 2017 (15 months) until it stopped turning. AAA alkaline or Ni-MH rechargable batteries often lasted several months. If it weren't for the failure, I'd have given it 5 stars.
