These are realy super mittens. Thet have a sewn in Poron foam knuckle guard for rock climbing, 1" wide Velcro cinch straps. 330 Denier Cordura shell fabric, waterproof Gor-Tex liners for warmth and dryness, Alpen grip palm material provides good abraision resistance and a high melting point. I don't know what military unit was equiped with this type of mitt, but they were well equiped. All are in new, unissued cond. Only bad news is we only have size XXL, and they are real big.
