Pros: the size, the one-hand operation of the wood handle (unlike other ones I saw with small metal handles that require two-hand operations), the accessories, an extra or a 3rd tray, product arrived on time and in great condition. It’s very easy to assemble too.Cons: The screw to attach the wood handle could be longer. After the first trial, I had to retighten all of stem. But one of the handles couldn’t be retightened. I will need to go to Home Depot and get a few longer screws. Also, after heating up the tray, and when I added the rice flour mix, the tray became bended and the rice flour mix couldn’t lay evenly in the tray. No instructions included.We all love the experiments and the convenience of being able to make beef rice noodles (牛肠) at home :).

I rarely am brutal with reviews, I just return it but this one I have to be critical. It took more than an hour to assemble it. You definitely need to use the washers, don't throw them a way, the screws are too short.the hole in the wood handles are predrilled to big and too long. you can just push the screw in, without the screw driver. I was going to Home Depot to get 2 longer screws then I asked myself why? The item is dented overall and the bottom looks stain, you can'f wash it off. It is cheap ($50) and cheaply made.

I love how this product allows for me to bring restaurant style rice noodles from the comfort of my home. It is easy to clean and easy to use making it hassle free. My family loves to use it!

Product came with no instruction manual. No way to add water in it. Looked defective or even used. Had to return. Would not recommend.

I should have given them all 5 stars but since I still have not started using the product I think it is fair to just give them a 5 stars only for overall impression without evaluating the performance of the steamer.I purchased this item two times : this first one as a gift to one person and the second one in replacement of another more expensive one that I returned because of my complete dissatisfaction with it.This product came in (unlike the one from another seller that I returned) packaged very professionally and in very good condition showing better material, with all accessories beautifully packed inside, without even one scratch on the metal showing care and high respect for the customer who ordered their product. I would strongly recommend this product to other potential buyers, they won't be disappointed upon opening the package they receive.
