Design is faulty
The distance between the rotating wheel and the front handle is too great, causing for the arms to be extended out almost fully while performing the exercise. This causes the twisting movement to impact the mid back region rather than the waist. This is a design flaw that makes this machine quite useless.Adding to my review after a month of use. IT IS A USELESS MACHINE which is making a lot of noise whenever twisting is attempted. Badly constructed, low quality product. Complete waste of money.
