Complex concepts are made amazingly simple to understand, absorb and apply.Love that the book is super practical. If you follow the few exercises in it, you not only get a precise roadmap, but you’re also filled with wisdom and motivation to walk the path of your life’s work.She details out unsuspecting pitfalls on the path and offers not so apparent remedies and mindset shifts.Applying Doshas and archetypes she guides you to find your path and understand challenges that are unique to you. I love the essence and purity with what the book has been made . The one who is seeking answers in their life on their life's bigger purpose, DHARMA , then your are on the right path with this book you shall not only get your answers but also a clarity of how to handle it , implement it and gain that wisdom to move forward and achieve the freedom and growth of being a spiritual coach. Big thanks to Sahara Rose for all amazing things she gives to the world selflessly. And this book is a gem. If you are someone who wants to make great in life, be the shining star and stand out from the rest, this book will give you the push. It'll make you think where you exactly belong, what you were meant to be, and what beautiful things life has to offer to you, but you are too blinded by the fixed trends. This book opens doors to your hidden capabilities which you had shut closed, or been too busy to notice them. This book makes you think, and makes you work, and I am so in love with it. It's amazing. It's a treasure to hold lifelong, and definitely something to keep visiting when things seem to go off the place. It has the answers. It always will!P.S- I am stunned with how the dots kept connecting only to come out clear with every little quality aspect of me. I have discovered my Dharma. All thanks to Sahara Rose. You didn’t even know you knew this all along and now that you’re aware about it, you gotta dive deeper and quench your thirst. No matter which stage of spirituality you’re at...this book is a MUST READ

Did not like it much. No depth, no great insight, no heart touching lines,One can get more good written books by Buddhist writers n Indian spiritual guru.I left this book half way.Nothing exciting

I love everything from Sahara and this book is no exception. She clearly explains what dharma is and how to go about discovering yours. It's easy to read and very inspiring!

I've been following Sahara Rose's Instagram (found in "random" divine timing) for several months. I felt a magnetic pull despite some envy at the surface - I had my own shadows and insecurity to werk through; I'm glad I continued to feed my soul with her social media presence. I finally decided to purchase her book when I got an email about Amazon's buy one get one half off deal.I read a chapter or two every day. It flowed very well. I know the basics about Ayurveda (thanks to my intensive yoga studies) so it was easy to digest but even if you are unfamiliar, it will be easy to understand. She's very good at explaining words and topics. There is a lot of personal promotion throughout the book but hey, if it's related, why not? At first, I thought it was annoying but honestly, that was just my envy speaking. She knows how to persuade and market herself (nothing wrong with that) so I give her props because that is something I struggle with doing.I've had a desire to write a book for a while and although I was already writing before purchasing this book, I have dedicated sacred time for it more than ever before. This book has been a blessing and I will cherish it for getting me motivated to live my dharma - doing what feels in alignment and of service. I'm learning to truly honor what feels easy for me to do - I just have to keep remembering that it is meant for me to nurture and live out loud.This book won't give you an exact answer for what job you should take or whom you're meant to be in this lifetime (other than we are all meant to be of service). Rather, it gives you guidance and tools for you to dig a little, let things uncover, and be patient while taking compassionate action. A huge takeaway is that our jobs and roles may shift and change but the essence of them all is the same if we are living in alignment with our dharma.I wish Sahara continued success and hope this review will help you take a chance and actively read this book to help you (re)discover your dharma.

It is a great guide, awesome knowledge, very easy to understand, give it a try. You know you want it.

This is a true page turner, every page is filled with so many profound quotes that I found myself re-reading and highlighting several paragraphs. I love that through filling out questionaires and Dharmic personality tests it immediately prompts you to reflect on your own life, exploring who you are, breaking limiting beliefs and helping you shape your purpose for this one precious journey.I feel it is a book I would come back to whenever I feel slightly off path. Truly glad I found this book and recommend it to everyone who wants to get to know themselves deeply.

I'm on page 35 and already feel that this book have given me so much! Sahara use a simple language, it's easy to understand. The book gives me new aspects, insights and open up for questions in my own life. "Do I seek others approval? Do I wonder how I will survive, instead of wondering how I can thrive?" I'm so grateful for finding this book!
