Comments: Well made. Reasonable price. Fits Mercedes Benz E350 well. Black color works with the charcoal interior. Quality is sufficient to look like it belongs in a luxury car. Able to temporarily detach the strap on the driver's head rest to let the old black lab step on the floor and then climb on the seat. Strap easy to reattached for travel. Does not slip or move around. Easy to remove and store in the trunk. No more worries about the old dog being thrown to the floor in emergency stops in city traffic.// Context: needed for short trip so I was not looking for a rear hammock for everyday or long trips.// Observation: If I were to leave it in the car for everyday, I would probably add a black cloth on the white underside facing to the front hiding the white underside (because I would want it to look like it fully belongs where it is). I purchased this as a backseat cover for my 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. It did not fit. Straps weren't spaced properly to fit over the headrests on the backseat or the front seat. I intended to return it, but my wife asked if it would fit her car, a 2014 Chevy Malibu. So I tried it on that vehicle, and it fit like a glove. I must say that this thing is very well constructed. The straps are sewn on very tightly, and the material is heavyweight. We have three small dogs, and one large one, and it was always a big hassle to load them in the car. Additionally, we were always concerned with them damaging the seats. Not with this thing. I can't imagine that normal, intended use will damage it. Sure, I suppose if a dog decides to start chewing on it, it might show some wear. But used as intended, it should prove more than adequate. I think the dogs will be riding with my wife quite a bit more because of this cover.

This pet protector fits well in the back seat of my 2016 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. However, the first time I removed the pet protector to clean it, one of the clips broke and I had to jury rig it to attach to the headrest. I have little confidence that the other clips won't break next time I remove the pet protector. Because of this, I'd suggest looking at similarly priced products before choosing this one.

Exactly like the picture. We don't tend to use the velcro straps for behind the driver/passenger seat - we just let it hang down. We have a Great Dane that likes to put his paws on the floor. Stays in place, durable. We have a large pickup and it does not quite cover the whole back seat. Leaves about 1/3 of the seat on each side uncovered. No big deal. We have not tried to wash it. The hair does stick to it, but seems to vacuum just as well as the actually truck seats.

This cover is perfect for the back of our new car to protect the whole seat! It's a very sturdy quilted fabric that will withstand our large dogs paws! (Standard poodle) The backing of the seat portion has a rubbery coating, so it helps it stay in place. It's very easy to install with the attached straps. Just unhook the buckles and loop it around the head rests and it's in! There is velcro in the seam to allow the seat belts to come through if someone is sitting in the seat without having to remove the cover--as shedding is not a problem with a poodle. Very convenient!

Used to have to get my car washed 3x as much due to my dog shedding and tracking in dirt. This "hammock" saves my entire backseat area. Love this thing!!!*UPDATE-I am dropping my review down to 3 stars for the following reasons.1. This is not really machine washable. Sure, you can throw it in the washing machine, but it leaves tiny white rubbery lint balls all over the place. As far as I can tell, these come from the bottom side of the cover. Also, a clip broke while in the washing machine.2. Out of the 4 clips, 3 are now broken. One broke while in the wash. The other two broke over the course of a year when putting the hammock on/taking it off.

Bought this seat cover for my new truck, and within 2 weeks, took a 10 day trip with am 11 week old puppy. I keep the forward section attached to the headrests of the front front seats, so he had a little hammock area, which he found and loved laying in. Very durable cover, takes all of 3 minutes to put in or take out, covers all but about an inch or so on either side - full size pick up with wide seating. No puppy accidents, so can't remark on how easy to clean, but the cover vacuums off easily and has protected my new upholstery just fine. I bought one for my wife's SUV as well. I highly recommend!!

Good quality. Keeps the dog in the back seat. Wish it was just a little wider(dog got carsick and the edge of seat was not covered)6/21/17- After using this seat protector for 6 months, the rubber backing is degrading and leaving tiny pieces on the seats that require vacuuming after every use. The seat cover is being used less than once a week. It is stored in the car so it may be heat that is causing degradation.
