Too thick!
I have been subscribed for this item for almost a year and I have loved it. My last delivery, however, was too thick and will not pass through my dispenser. HELP!

Lightly scented but very nice.
I bought the Botanical Origin fabric softener in the scent Fresh Jasmine & Wild Lavender, this was my first time purchasing this. I normally use the Mrs. Myers fabric softener in Lavender but it's been out of stock or highly over priced. I needed to do laundry and I needed to find an alternative so after reading reviews for a couple brands I went for this one. I have one son that has eczema and another with sensitive skin so I can't use the bigger, well known brands b/c all the chemicals and artificial fragrances. I received my package and I didn't have any issues with it spilling out or breaking as some others have mentioned and they were package very well. I grabbed a few items from each of the boys as I didn't want to do a whole load Incase it irrated their skin. You really do not need a lot of this stuff half a cap for a normal size load. This stuff smells phenomenal it not over powering at all plus it's not so light that you don't smell it after you clothes are dry. It smells like a nice relaxing spring day. Neither of my boys had an issue with it either. Overall I really do like this fabric softener and it seems like a good value for the quality of product. The only issue I have with this product is the lid, it's suppose too double as a measuring cap but it is very hard to see the line. So for a regular load I measure it at the half way mark in the bumped it portion of the cap. For a full load in a he washer it says to use one and a half caps so I use 3/4 of one cap full and it works great for me. I'm gonna try it their laundry detergent but I still love Mrs. Myers but I will use this as well.

Great for sensitive skin.
I have bought this more than once so I like it well enough. I feel there could be improvement in the bottle design regarding pouring out.

PARTLY Biobased, PARTLY NOT Biobased
On the front of the bottle there is a sticker with LARGE CAPITAL LETTERS saying, “USDA CERTIFIED BIOBASED PRODUCT”. Underneath that statement there is a line that says “PRODUCT 71%” in very small pale lettering. Obviously the manufacturer wanted to downplay that bit about the 29% that is not certified as biobased.Silicone is one of the active ingredients - polydimethylsiloxane. It’s not “acutely toxic” per many web article though. Dipalitoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate is also not toxic but frequent allergic reactions are written about. Exactly what the “Fragrance” ingredient is not listed. A little information would be nice. The scent is neither jasmine like or lavender like. All in all, should not be harmful unless you are allergic to some of the ingredients. It’s a pity they are not listed in full.

New discovery for me. Happy to have found it!
I only ordered this when my usual fabric softener (which I get through subscribe and save) was no longer available. This was recommended by Amazon. I thought I’d try it and guess what, I like it.! Soft scent and noticeable softness in my clothes. I have hard water where I live which makes it a challenge for fabric softeners plus I don’t like a heavy perfume scent in my clothes. This works. I will definitely order it again when I run low.

Smell great!
This fabric softener has a scent that is light and not overpowering. I use it on my regular clothes as well as delicates. Will continue to purchase.Smell lasts when delicates are hung to dry.

Good product
I really like this product very much. The only reason not 5 stars is because the container with no handles makes it difficult to hold and pour.
