Naked Cow All Natural Grass Fed Beef Jerky - FIRE 3 Pack

Oh boy. I was just looking around on Amazon and decided to go with some spicy Jerky. I've tried a few others and decided to give the Naked Cow Fire Jerky a go. I didn't look at the ingredients before I ordered and only realized when I received them that it included Ghost Chili Peppers! While it is much spicier than I expected it to be, it tasted amazing. Good stuff.

We have had better jerky for less price. Will not be reordering. Not flavorful and very hard.

Was hoping this would be an alternative for beef jerky outlet's version of FIRE but it failed on all requirements. It was very dry like it was covered in a fire flavored dry rub after it had been dehydrated. As opposed to absorbing the flavors then being dehydrated. Also for it to be an ALL BEEF jerky it had a very gamey taste like venison or wild boar. Personally I would have rated this 1 star but I know there are individuals who like those sort of qualities and I wouldn't want to ruin the company's ratings

Not sure what people like in the jerky, but I love dried jerky, and you can say that what jerky is not dry, and I can tell you there's a lot of jerky that is not very dry. This jerky has a very good dried texture and the flavor is amazing. I would say though that it's quite pricey for what you get and the pieces are small but it's delicious. It's very spicy too, which I love, so if your not into spicy, the original one is what you should go for.

This jerky takes the trophy for being the DRYEST, most dehydrated jerky I have ever eaten. I don't have any problem paying premium prices for gourmet jerky. However, I expect outstanding flavor and texture. Great jerky has both. I expected some tenderness in this jerky and instead got THREE BAGS of DESICCATED, PETRIFIED, gourmet, grass-fed beef jerky. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT as I read reviews on a popular jerky blog that gave this five stars. For the record, the flavor of this FIRE Jerky is IN-FRIGGIN-CREDIBLE!! Absolutely love it...but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy tree bark flavored like this. I could empty the contents of this bag into my hand, make a fist, and create instant jerky bits to sprinkle into a salad. THAT'S HOW DRY IT IS.

Like others have said, this is a pretty high quality beef jerky. For those wondering, it definitely is the spiciest beef jerky I've ever had, but it really has a nice kick without being overbearing. I definitely would recommend this beef jerky to those looking for a beef jerky on the spicier side of things.

this jerky was very tough and dry, would recommend unless you have a strong jaw!

3 stars because it stayed true to its name of fire. The jerky though is very dry kind of crumbly dry. Not much flavor other than the heat. The packets were very small for the price as well I expected much more meat.
