I'm a 72 yr old widow who isn't especially handy. The hardest part about installing these is getting the protective plastic off. I I used these to replace the blinking led tape stripes I had installed a yr ago. They are hooked up to Alexa and come on when I tell her to "turn on kitchen". Life is easy! These have a dimmer. I turned them up so that they are nice and bright. I love them. So come on old ladies, (and even you young folks) make your kitchen look great.

I was so excited to get these lights! Easy to install and just what I needed for my kitchen. Unfortunately, having installed four sets which I purchased, only two worked properly. I notified the company asking them to replace. They requested videos, which I supplied. They have never replaced the portions that do not work. I connected three together with the small connectors, and only one of the three LED light sections work. While I am glad to have the other two working sets, I do not feel this company provided adequate service in replacing the two light sets that do not work. Be aware in ordering you won't get proper service.

I purchased this item after looking at several different under counter lights. I wasn't disappointed with my choice.First the reason I needed the under counter light was I couldn't find a bulb for my over the range microwave that would last more than a few months. I know your thinking, use a LED bulb, but they won't work in my microwave.The options for mounting this light were perfect. Your mounting choices are magnets, sticky strips or clips. The magnetic option suited the need for under the microwave the clips were perfect for under the kitchen cabinets. This light will mount anywhere you need it to.The dimmer is perfect for whatever lighting situation you require. The only issue I had after installing these lights was the instant realization of how dirty my backsplash was. Yes this light will allow you to see more than you originally wanted too. That problem taken care of I can now see what I am doing in my kitchen.Another reason I chose this light set above others was the size. It was much smaller than others I had researched. In my application I found the smaller size fit exactly where I needed it to with no mounting problems whatsoever. When you are mounting under counter lights size matters. The small profile of these lights will not disappoint.

I bought these to light up a small 2.5 gallon planted freshwater aquarium. I'm very happy with the easy installation (I just used the 2 sided tape) and have discovered that these lights put off a little bit of warmth that is just enough to heat the enclosed space of the bookshelf such that I do not have to use an aquarium heater. . This is an added bonus for me that might also help others who only need to raise the temperature of a small aquarium a few degrees.

Bought as they were on special and thought they would work well at my desk that has a hutch. Installed they work as advertised, but they are far cooler than advertised. I was aiming for middle if the road between warm 3200k and cold 7k. Thought theses would do it at 4k but alas they are way cold. Since they’re installed I am not returning. I bought these based on other reviews. It took me a second to figure out how the dimmer switch cord was to be installed as there are no instructions (thus the 4 stars) but once I figured that out, it was super easy to install. They do give you extra cord, which I don't mind and needed actually. I saw mixed reviews abt the magnets but I tried installing them with the magnets to see how they fare before switching to screws as a backup plan. So far they are holding up (it's only been a few hours). In general it's pretty bright and does the trick.I saw another review here about the sensor but this does NOT have a sensor to my knowledge. It turns on/off with the dimmer switch which is fine for our needs!

Used for mounting under a microwave that has a dim light. These work very well. This is an experiment as temperatures may get to high from nearby stove. So far so good. Great light.

No motion detection. Very convenient for bright indirect lighting in a laundry room with no installed lights. I could not use the provided magnet clips- I could not get them to work. So I mounted using double-stick velcro instead and that works fine. I especially like the ability to choose light color so in the laundry room I see true fabric colors.
