This is a fantastic Soy Sauce!
This soy sauce is Fantastic! Great flavor that is not over powering or to salty. The price is expensive but if you are looking for that special item for a unique flavor to use sparingly this is it. I purchased 2 different aged soy sauces. Both are unique in their own way. They both are costly and make great dipping sauces. I just haven't been able to decide which is better. But as the weeks go on and I make different meals and sauces with them I am sure one will move to end use and the other to in product use. If you try these you will not want the regular sauces again. Unless you don't care and just want an average meal. LOL

Great soy sauce Expensive
This has a rich flavor & besides adding it to rice I use it to create a soup.Very expensive though. Still I buy it over & over again.

Taste like Rice Vinegar
Had high hopes. Very disappointed in this product. Taste cheap. Thin looking and comes across much like Rice Vinegar. Stick to your regular soy sauce.
