Mr. Sketch1951333 Scented Crayons Gel Assorted 12/Pack

Since oil pastels are expensive, I was looking for an alternative and these are great! Also doesn’t have that oil pastel smell:)

I was watching an Art For Kids Hub video called “How to Draw A Funny Falling Apple” when these awesome crayons were used to color in the picture. I immediately though I need those so I bought them right then and there.These are chubby gel based crayons that twist upward to continue using. If you have ever used gel eyeliner, this is exactly what it feels like on paper. It’s so smooth and delicious feeling. Like skating on a newly paved road.Anyway, this pack came with 12 colors. I mixed a little black with white to make gray. The crayons smudge like pastels at the beginning, but after a few mins mostly “dry” where there is hardly any transfer.Highly recommend for any child or adult that loves to draw or color. These are the size of jumbo crayons and there is no point so not a good crayon for precise intricate coloring books.

My 4-year-old granddaughter loves these crayons. They are slick and smooth and so easy to use on lots of different kinds of paper. Some of them smell awful, but most have a pleasant scent. She likes them all! They don't last very long compared to regular crayons, so I had to buy a second set. But it was worth the money for how much fun she was having. She requests these every time she comes to visit.

These are fun, vibrant colors. They smell as expected and come in a plastic case which I love. They do smear and can be a little messy with younger kids.

These are so great for my 18 month old! I know they’re not meant for her age, but she doesn’t try to eat them at all. The color payoff is excellent…they require so little hand pressure to draw in vibrant colors, it keeps her interested in coloring way longer than regular crayons! We have concrete floors, so when she gives in to her urge to draw on the floor rather than paper, the marks clean right up with just a baby wipe! I don’t know how easy it is to clean these off of other flooring types though. The smell of these is also great! So glad they chose a nice scent for black instead of licorice.

These crayons have a stronger smells then the markers and the markers are pretty strong scented too. These are wonderful for my autistic child. He adores using them. My son doesn't press very hard when he writes so there's no mess. I read reviews about a mess. I think it's caused by pressing too hard with the crayons. Tell your kids to press lightly and there shouldn't be any problems. These are similar to soft pastels. I will be buying more when my son uses them all up. I highly recommend these crayons. The markers were great but my son would get it on his face when he would try to smell them. These crayons don't color his face which is why I bought them.

I got these for my 4 and 6 year old to use for drawing videos on YouTube. They are absolutely wonderful. They are smooth and easy to use. My 4 year old is able to hold the crayon easily and it has really encouraged him to color and draw. On the down side, they are really soft. So we use up the crayons fairly quickly, but the softness is what makes them so easy to use. They are also kind of a mess to clean off of surfaces... but art is supposed to be a bit messy. Overall we love them and will definitely buy them again.
