I bought this deep dish pie pan on a whim while I was searching for disposable pie pans to make treats that could be delivered to friends during the pandemic. Last night I used it for the first time to make a quiche and it was outstanding! Crust and filling cooked perfectly and the finished pie came out of the pan smoothly. I recommend this pan highly, especially if you have the problem I had that none of my quiche recipes fit into my smaller pie pans without overflowing. This pan solves that problem and also results in a high quality pie! I suggest you make a recipe and a half of your favorite crust so you have enough to reach to top of the pan.It comes in several lovely colors combinations as well. I got the blue/yellow one because it goes with my kitchen colors.

I've used this deep dish pie plate now to make two dutch apple pies from scratch. They were the best pies over ever made. I've never have pies that hold together so well after slicing them up. This is a fabulous pie dish.

The ceramic pie dish is quite nice. I haven’t used it yet but it has a nice weight and thickness. The problem is they send along a thank you card with instructions to find them on Facebook and send them a message for one free item - however there is no way to message them. I did find several comments from customers who have had the same experience. I really don’t feel good having purchased a product from a disgenuous company.

I bought this pie plate for a family I did not know but was involved in giving them a Thanksgiving meal. I bought the pie plate and made a pumpkin pie in it and it looked very Fallish. She was very happy and thankful. It’s a deep dish I think better for an apple pie than a pumpkin pie. I used some of the pumpkin filling from my pie mixture to add to this dish. It’s a beautifully made pie plate.

I was looking for a pie dish that was a bit deeper and bigger than the standard pyrex 9" to make a pouding chomeur -- I needed the extra depth so that the maple sauce would not splash over as the pouding rose. I've been very pleased with this dish -- it's great looking, just the right amount of depth, and seems very sturdy. No scratches or scrapes from using it. I would definitely get another.

I wanted a pie plate that would last forever and could handle deep dish pie and also meat pies. This is very beautiful and I already have made a key lime pie in mine. Great value for the money

I wanted a deeper/bigger pie plate and this one is perfect. I loved the selection of colors! I got navy to match my dinnerware. Great value and I'm looking forward to baking a pie for Thanksgiving!
