Cheap Bike from China
Do not waste time or money on these bikes. They do not come with instructions. You have to go online and watch a video. The angels of the videos do not allow you to see clearly what is going on and they do not zoom in enough so you can see what the guy is actually doing. They really need to improve the videos. Putting this bike together is at least a 3 hours, and I'm pretty handy. Had to take the first bike apart and return it (another hour or two) because (hindsight) it seemed that the box had already been opened. It had scratches all over it and the wire for the light that connects to the wheel came damaged, so the light did not work. It did seem to ride nice, so I asked for a replacement. After taking another 3 hours putting the replacement together, I noticed the bike will not stand correctly on the bike stand, it just falls over. The chain keeps rubbing, the tires were rubbing, overall the bike just seemed crooked. The brakes are a joke. They are so cheap and so difficult to align. I called 3 bike shops before I could get someone to agree to align the bike for me. Apparently bike shops refuse to work on the Sixthreezero bikes because "they are a nightmare, just a cheap bike from china". After getting the bike aligned by a professional, it still sounds and runs like garbage. I contacted Sixthreezero and they are useless, they will not offer any compensation or help with the bike. I do not want to waste another 2 hours of my life taking this second bike apart. They should at least offer a discount, but because I bought it on Amazon they will not do anything. Amazon is selling junk now, 2nd quality items from China and selling them full price.Update: Amazon offered a refund of a around $120. Didn't know Amazon had online chat. Still not worth the money though. Find a better brand.

Do NOT buy with painted rims
Not particularly easy to assemble. Link to instructions we for a different bike. Quality/feel of bike not as expected at this price point. Front fender came dented and box does not appear to have been damaged in shipping. But the worst was the AWFUL high pitched, loud screech the brakes made. Watched several YouTube videos on adjusting brakes, nothing worked short of having no braking functionality. Changed brake pads, no luck. Took the bike to a local bike shop this morning. Seems painted rims will always squeak! My options are spending for new tires/rims or spending to switch to disc brakes! After waiting over a year for a bike, I will keep this and spend the extra. However, just learn by my mistakes. The bike is VERY comfortable, which was a priority for me as I have issues with my neck.

Women's Bike Works For Men
I called the company and talked with an online agent about the difference between the Men's and Women's model. As I understood it is basically the weight of the bike. The women's bike is lighter than the mens- which is preferable for me to have a light bike. The "women's" version also has more color options- which I also like. The assembly of the bike was fairly easy- it took about 1- 1.5 hours to do. The most challenging part for me was getting the brakes to work without rubbing the wheel and having the preferred resistance in the hand grip. I will likely take it to a bike shop to further assist. Over all, it was a good experience.

Love this company- love this bike!
I can't say enough about this purchase other than to say it is the best thing I ever got off Amazon. Buy direct from Manufacturer (sixthreezero dot com) because now vendors are buying up the Amazon supply and reselling them at double the price! Buy direct from the company. This is a great bike company. Loved the packaging (simple and easy to recycle) and it really was easy to assemble. I loved this bike so much, I bought another (different) one! Customer service on the website is responsive - and the videos show all the information you need to assemble etc. It rides great and I love the style. Highly recommended.

Amazon and Direct - Different Quality?
I purchased the EvryJourney from Amazon at first but had issues with the breaks. I worked with Sixthreezero customer service who were helpful but we could not get the issues resolved. I returned the bike to Amazon and purchased another direct from the company which proved to be better in all ways. The bike rides nicely, the breaks are solid stoppers and do NOT make crazy loud noise. I enjoy riding the bike with my kids around the neighborhood and park.

Wonderful riding experience
This is the best balanced bike and the most comfortable I have ever owned. I paid $340 for it, but it was worth every penny. The video on the website was a little difficult for my husband to follow, you should put some close ups of the brakes. But overall not a bad experience putting it together. Very comfortable seat too.

VERY LOUD BRAKES
BEWARE: I bought this bike to take south for my vacation. I could not try it out where I live because of the snow. Well I can't even ride this bike around at all. The brake squeal is so LOUD. My husband has watched youtube videos and nothing helps this. He has tried for days People are turning to see where this noise is coming from. As we have assembled and are in another state, I don't think a return is possible. An expensive lesson learned.A postive note: The body ergonomics with the bike design work well.

Great bike!
This bike is sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. The seat is the most comfortable bite seat I've used, and the shifting works smoothly and easily. The color is great. I took it to a bike shop to get assembled, partly because we couldn't find the correct assembly instructions on the website, but I don't mind having someone else do it for me to make sure it was done right. Handles well and looks great!
