Natrol Melatonin 2.5 mg Liquid 8 oz (Pack of 3)

Liquid Melatonin is my go to but the flavor of the Natrol is awful. So this was a waste of money as I won’t use it.

this liquid melatonin absorbs fast and you are asleep within 20 minutes with no "melatonin hangover" when you wake up. as opposed to solid pills or gummies which for me seem to have a rebound effect. i work night shift and have severe insomnia, this brand works best for me.

My ONLY complaint about this product is it’s packaging...it arrives in a brown box with iHERB printed on the side which gave my UPS man a good laugh and my cop husband a moment of significant embarrassment while dealing with the UPS mans assumption that he had just received a big box of marajuana. 😳As for the actual effectiveness of the product, it’s one of the only melatonin products that actually puts my daughter with severe ADHD to sleep. It puts her to sleep easily without any “drugged” qualities. She appears to wake up naturally and without any type of hung over or groggy feelings. Generally very happy with the product...not crazy about the packaging.

This product used to contain a dropper that let you measure precise doses (the dropper had markers for every 0.25 mL). This allowed you to use this product no matter what dose you wanted to take since you could simply do the math and measure the appropriate amount of liquid.2.5mg is way too high of a dose, as is the case with the dose on most melatonin packaging. I'd rather take 0.5 mg, which is 2mL of this liquid, but that's impossible to measure in the cup that just marks 10mL.

Love the liquid melatonin. It seems to work faster, without the weird sandy taste I have found with some of the dissolving pills.My significant other has been unable to take this melatonin, based off of the taste. She describes it as a cough syrup grape.I however grew up unable to take grape cough syrup and have no problem consuming this liquid at all.It does seem to work faster than pills, but that may simply be a placebo effect, however I am falling asleep faster and that is all that matters to me.

I have bought this because I wanted a more natural way for my disabled daughter to sleep well, not with prescribed medicines. My daughter first had the tablets and now she is Gtube fed and this works so well. Keyword this is all natural and I have to say it doesn help her and if she wakes up, she does. No problem.

Helps my daughters get to sleep. My daughters are five and seven. I give this to them 2-3 times a week to help them go to sleep. After about 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes they are usually asleep and they do not seem any drowsier than usual the next morning.

The product works well. The cap is a pain to get to work. When tight it does not always seal. Most of the time it is very hard to turn all the way off.
