I have not one, but two bad knees. I bought one of these several years ago and used it a lot, the velcro was starting to not stick as well after a lot of use, so I purchased two more -- one to have on each knee when I am exercising. The extra support and comfort helps keep my knees from hurting and keeps them strong. I highly recommend this product if you have knee issues. Be sure to check with your doctor to see if this is right for your particular knee problem. I know it is pricey, but the sizing options really help if you have larger legs, it is a long lasting and sturdy product and much better than the cheaper versions.

Read the review that said it run small, so brought the next size up, since I was I the large size of scale and I could have went with my true size. Little loose then I like. Buyt so far works fine. Also, if you need track straps you can buy them on bioskin website for ten dollars, which is what I have done, sine I brought the with track strap by mistake.

ok. I tried a less expensive brand, trying to save $$. it was *nowhere near* as comfortable and lightweight as this one. and it doesn't make your leg to sweat at all. made of soft, strong material and easy to fit on your leg so that it's super comfortable and less bulky. it doesn't make squeaky noise as you walk (like the other one did). it's more than I'd like to pay.... but it's worth it.

Used it for running and skiing with very little pain. I liked the brace, it was comfortable but I will tighten up a little bit so it doesn't slip.

Brace was of good quality and worked well once we had a good fit.We ordered the small because our measurement were within the small size chart. Returned because it didn’t fit. Ordered a medium. Suggest you be generous with the measurements and size up if you are near the top of the size chart range. Their return process was generous and we were credited on the return with in minutes of returning through UPS.

This was a bit tight for me. I probably could have gone up a size but I wanted a large kneehole with no pressure on my knee. That part worked fine the hinges on the side were good- not bulky or obtrusive. The Velcro closure was a little uncomfortable on the inner thigh of my other leg but the Mail goal was achieved: lateral stabilization that was achieved with a wrap and not a pull-on that pretty much stays put

I don’t know how a great brand like Bioskin can make a brace this BAD!!! First they sent me a wrong measure (ordered an L, it arrived XXL…), then when I got the correct size, I realized it was garbage.I had MCL sprained, I use another Bioskin brace that is AMAZING, but as it was healing, I wanted something lighter. This brace not only does NOT support the ligament, but actually it hurts, as it is completely straight.Returned twice. Horrible experience

Disappointed in this brace since I absolutely love the trilock brace for ankle/foot injuries. I love the fabric, comfort and stability of that brace so much that I was really excited to get this BioSkin brace for my knee. Regrettably I have had to resort to using two other braces that cost $100 less than this brace because I just can't get the support I need due to the giant knee hole. The hole seems to actually stretch and enlarge after wearing. The three other braces I have - all bought according to knee measurements - all have smaller knee holes and keep their support after hours or wear. I think BioSkin needs to do some design adjustment to justify the high price. There is no question that the fabric provides superior comfort. I bought a large and do not know if a medium size would have been solved my issue. I ordered according to the size chart.

I like the thinness of this brace and how soft it is to the back of the knee. It provides a surprisingly nice amount of support and alignment, even though the knee hole is big. I have patellar issues but this brace provides lots of support all around without enclosing the knee cap. For a smaller hole you would need to order a larger size to close the gap a bit, especially since these are sized quite small. I followed the sizing chart and still had to upgrade from a medium to Xtra large. I also like how easy it is to get on and off - I have another brace that is a sleeve with a patellar donut and only wore it once because it sticks to the skin and it's hard to take off. A brace only helps if it's worn.

I have used this brace on a recent skiing holiday and it gave excellent support

so pleased my physio recommended this, great help with torn ACL as I try and run again. Much more comfortable and effective than others I have tried.
