Defective product delivered even in exchange
I received the lamp without the one mtr chord and cieling rose. I immideatly raised the exchange request.The exchange product came with the missing parts in the earlier delivery but the lamp was damaged although the packing was intact.The seller needs to be more ethical.

The product was not delivered... There is no such option ...so I had to write replacement... But we don't have any product to return

Value for money, nice and decent Lamp.
The packing is good all required thing are packed in bag so no loss of screws or connector. Assembly is simple, but trouble some in installation special in false ceiling with small hole. Cable is not of good qualy, in my case the wire was open inbetween. Hence have to purchase new one from market. Didn't think of returning as many have been done before. This one is of good quality as it's a mat finish. Would recommend.

All i can say is more than perfect.1. Packing 5/52. Size: Its bigger than it looks in pics and appropriate for study table.3. Quality 5/54. Color and material : In Rs.400 they have delivered very well finished lamp.
