Northstar Mil Spec Utility Polyester Paracord Cord with 7 Inner Nylon Strands

I should preface this with saying I gave it 4 stars because it was as advertised, cheap, convenient, I liked it.I bought this because I was building a bow and someone online said poly paracord should be used because it doesn't stretch as much. I should have just stuck with 550cord because this stuff has half the weight ratings as 550 cord and seemed to stretch out just as much. I had to re-tie my bow string several times to get it stretched out enough to stay in one spot constantly.But it IS thin enough to nock an arrow, it works great, and definitely exactly what I wanted even if re-tying was sort of a pain. The extras can be used for making other bows for children and various other projects too like a line for clothes. In comparison to 550cord being sold for like 9$ for 50 feet, this stuff will get the job done for a fraction of the price.

I liked this item. I have it 4 stars only because it's just a basic item, nothing outstanding about it, like it won't hold an enormous amount of weight but it will hold what I need it to. I needed some rope/paracord like item to help with some of my backpacking endeavors and this did the job. Cheap and light, that's all I needed and it passed with flying colors.

Great cord, although I did still have some problems knotting after pulling out the nylon strands, had to burn it to secure it.

It's paracord, it does what paracord does. It ties things down, it secures my tarp, it doubles as a boot lace when one breaks. That's enough.

Its braided utility cord NOT paracord. The label doesnt even call it paracord. If you want real paracord keep looking.

This product is NOTHING CLOSE to Mil Spec paracord. As another reviewer mentioned, its like crappy shoe laces.
