It's a timing belt
For my 04 GX470, nothing wrong with the one I installed 4 years prior, just sprang an oil pump seal leak and had to remove everything to replace it, so might as well replace the good timing belt with a new one. This has timing marks on it which is helpful. Gates is a good brand for belts.
