So far this seems to be as described. I haven't seen any issues with it. It would be nice if there was more transparency on where the hives were located. Or, at least a time of year when collected. That would help align it better with any help benefit I am looking for.Capsules are about typical and easy to swallow. Always make sure to do your own research on things like this before starting.

I’ve been taking these for a while and I think I’ve only noticed a very slight difference perhaps in energy a couple hours after taking? But it’s really hard to tell because sometimes I drink a tiny bit of coffee as well because it helps my migraines.I’ve taken other Bee pollen supplements that seem to have more of an effect on me than these do. So either they are weak and not as good quality or there’s just a tiny bit of placebo effect and they’re not doing anything at all.I’ve noticed no changes to my skin, nor pain relief. And there’s really no taste to be concerned about.Honestly, I don’t know if I can recommend these or if they’re worth the money. Perhaps they work better for other people or again perhaps it’s a placebo effect and they’re just not that great.
