Most importantly, it "grinds" the material inconsistently; there will be powder and untouched chunks in the end.Also, its threads are awkward so the jar often gets cross-threaded when assembling.It has a "safe" mode (where its button is disabled) you can toggle by rapidly pressing the button 5x (like many batteries) BUT it enters this safe mode after a short period of inactivity, so you're always having to sort that out.

Two units, neither operates. Terrible quality.
Two units in a row do not operate. Though both fully charged, the first one ran for a couple seconds, the second not at all, whether material in the jar or not. What a waste of time.

Don’t buy it
Poorly designed. It’s sold at a low price because they know it sucks, and even at a low price it’s not worth it. It sucks. I could go to the nearest 7/11 and buy a better grinder. It’s frustratingly bad at what it’s supposed to do. Buy a real grinder, not this joke
