Great Flavor and healthy!
I love this oil! I use it in salad dressings, to saute, drizzle over veggies and quinoa. My next thing is to use it for baking. The mellow flavor works with everything I've used it for and I can use it in confidence that the smoke point is higher than most healthy oils, so I am enhancing my health by using it. I highly recommend using High Heat Extra Virgin Brassica Napus Oil!

Swedish Gold is GOLDEN
I’ve been looking for a healthier alternative to cooking oil that can withstand high heat and this oil works great! I’ve tried other oils and by far this is the best. I recently had a family gathering and decided to make falafels and used this oil to fry them and it worked perfectly without altering the recipe flavor. It is so versatile, I cook my morning eggs with it and I even use it on salads. Swedish Gold works wonders!

Delicious Oil
Swedish Gold is my go to cooking oil. The flavor is outstanding and I prefer it over any olive oil. Very convenient to be able to order it through my Prime account. Have used the oil for sauté, salads, even home popcorn. I just ordered 2 more bottles, so that I won't run out. Great stuff!

Wonderful! Has a very clean light texture and taste. Not heavy or oilily on the palette. Smoke point very versatile. I love cooking my eggs in the morning with it!

This Oil is incredible. It has become our staple replacement for olive oil because it has 1/2 the fat and tastes better. I just ordered my second bottle because we use it almost everyday. We mix it into salads, deviled eggs, stir fried veggies, etc. No more need for butter. Love this product!

two month shelf life?
I received a bottle today with an expiration date of April 2017...two months from now. Is that a normal shelf life? Seems like I may have received a bottle from old inventory.
