Never have I bought this small of a pan! Great size just make sure to grease it well and line it with parchment paper. The cake will pop out clean every time!

I have to eat gluten free, and I cannot eat a whole loaf before it starts molding. This pan works perfectly for a 1/2 loaf of bread.

I can now make the 'cutest' little loaves of bread (look like a mushroom) and they don't dry out for just two of us. PERFECT
