This is an excellent water bottle and app. Helps me track my liquid intake. Its a bit pricey to be honest when you consider it cant cost that much to add the Bluetooth bottom to a drinks bottle. But I like it none the less. beware that make full functionality of the flashing colours also requires a subscription £14.99 per year in the app store. But it works, keeps my water cool and i like it.

I have been using my Hydrate spark for 2 years now and that was a great investment. If you're crap at drinking water and/or want to stop eating plastic, this is the one for you.Loved the app with social contest that motivated me to drink daily and loved the rewards for all your streaks. It's fun and helped me tracking my water intake and even managed to do so 210 days in a row.Bottle can have visual reminders or phone notifications to remind you to sleep, which are cheeky and original. The quality is so good that I never had to change any component.Cons: especially if you're in the UK when everything's seems to get mouldy easily, just watch out for the silicon getting mouldy and try to wash it every month to avoid black mould and getting ill.

Only managed to use for a couple of days with the battery charged from the manufacturer. It was a little glitchy connecting and reconnecting with every gill but perhaps that was because the battery was faulty and would not charge to maintain connection. Great holding it, great using it! Loved the visual reminders!

I had some syncing issues but it turned out is was my own fault. I had connected both my iPad and iPhone to the water bottle when originally setting up. Predominantly I use my phone and was now and again unable to sync with the bottle and resetting the bottle with the reset bottle would reconnect my phone to the bottle. This was not ideal. Eventually, I realised that I was unable to sync with my phone because secretly unbeknown to me, my iPad was fully syncd making it impossible for my phone to connect. A reset just made it connect to my phone which was nearest. So, I deleted the app off the iPad and voila, no more problems. Just don’t put the app on any other devices and you will be fine.

Unfortunately, this water bottle didn’t live up to expectations.In less than a week, it’s failed to charge and appears to be dead.The charger is really poor, it just about sits on top of the contacts and feels really poorly designed.The water bottle itself was OK.The app itself isn’t great. The GUI is far from polished and looks a little poor.An achievement for drinking a ‘milk jug’ of water means nothing to me given I’m in the UK and we use the metric system.There’s no way to see how much battery your bottle has - a push notification to say that’s it running low would be useful!3rd Party App integration - i use three apps;You’ll see that there’s real time data appears in Apple Health as soon as you sync with the app. Great.Fitbit on the other hand seems to sync to app periodically so this caused some initial confusion leading me to question whether I’ve set it up correctly and re-attempt my steps several times over.MyFitnessPal - no integration. This is a shame given I log all my food intake here.Considering the cost of this water bottle, very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. And absolutely fantastic bottel. I use it wherever I go, its so brilliant. True to spec, actually keeps your drink cold for 24 hours. Putting ice in your cold, the ice will be there long after 12 hours.Glow reminders are so bright you can't really miss it. Connecting to the app was a bit fiddley at first but after that worked like a dream with the amazing app. Gives you loads of detail on how you are drinking throughout the day, customisation on different colours and just works very well.Actual size of the bottle is a few milliliters small than advertised but of screw cape requirement but isn't a big deal breaker. Though would advise considering a larger size next time.Bluetooth connectivity is fantastic. Its not required to be connected to your phone constantly, only connects when needs recording and disconnects straight after without any interuption with your others devices.I don't even look at other bottles anymore as this one is so fantastic

I’m very pleased with this water bottle I use it on a night, I’ll fill it up with water from the fridge and add ice and when I wake up the next morning the ice has not melted and it’s still cold, the water stays cold for more that 12 hours this was important to me as I like my water very cold. The bottle design is great and stylish and I love the chug lid you drink from is very comfortable, The app is very easy to use and easy to set up, it tracks my water intake and I have had no problems, being able to customise the colours is a great feature too, overall I’m very happy with the hydrate spark steel water bottle I don’t think I would use any other brand. highly recommend.
