Easy to use, inexpensive, effective toilet tool
I believe someone flushed a thick paper towel down the toilet. It clogged the toilet, and a plunger was not doing the trick. I tried to remove the clog with a clothes hanger with a piece of fabric on the end, but the fabric ended up coming off and only clogging the toilet worse.I ordered the Cobra and it was quickly delivered via Prime. Never having used this type of tool before, it was extremely easy. It took a few tries to get it positioned correctly, but after less than a minute of work, the clog was freed and my toilet was back in action.Amazing tool for the price. I highly recommend it.

A Must-Have For Toilet Emergencies
This product is a lifesaver! At first, I wasn't sure if it was long enough to snake through the toilet pipes, but it was. My apartment has a terrible toilet keeps clogging. We've tried everything from snaking it, using septic enzymes, and the hot water & dish soap trick. Nothing was working and it would have costed over $200 an hour to have a plumber come and fix it. We bought this auger and it really works! We tried a few times to turn the handles and kept repositioning it. It takes a few minutes to learn how to use it and you may even have to use a plunger after you remove the auger. But be patient and keep trying. This saved me an my roommates so much money. I definitely recommend having one for emergency toilet situations. The only thing is it's difficult to sanitize and an awkward shape to store. But it isn't too expensive to rebuy it from Amazon.

Got the job done. Cheaper than calling a plummer ...
Got the job done. Cheaper than calling a plummer. The plastic handle broke and a burr on the metal cut my hand. I guess at this price adding an extra step to remove sharp edges from your product would be too much.

We have had horrible problems with my boys bathroom
Very inexpensive and did the trick! We have had horrible problems with my boys bathroom, tried almost everything and was about to call a plumber. Gets pretty nasty but I am just going to throw it out and order another because they are so cheap to buy. I would definitely recommend!! I almost did not buy because I was thinking it was too cheap and read a few of the bad reviews, but it worked great.

I gave it 3 stars because I'm not sure if it's just my toilet or a bad design, otherwise I would have given it 2 ...
Meh. Not sure if it's just my toilet or an issue with this product but the curve in the bottom is not the correct angle to slide around the corner of the toilet bowl, so I ended up having to force it and damaging the porcelain in the bottom of the toilet. I gave it 3 stars because I'm not sure if it's just my toilet or a bad design, otherwise I would have given it 2 stars.

Snake head is too large for any sink or shower ...
Snake head is too large for any sink or shower drain in my house. And since I bought it for sinks and drains, mine still looks brand new as I cant use it for anything. Maybe if a clog developed very near to my toilet in the line, I could use it for that, but its a really short run on the snake, so it seems to have limited potential usefulness.

Your going to need one sooner or later - don't wait!
What can you say about a toilet auger/snake - it does what it is suppose to do lol. Very easy to use, did not scratch the inside of the bowl and removed the blockage in the first try. Trust me, don't wait till you need one to get one like i did - it isn't pretty waiting!

Better than a plunger for thoses a little deeper clogs
I've had a hard time finding a plunger that works well on newer toilets. This thing does what it's supposed to. It's the same quality for less money than the ones at the big box stores. Unfortunately my blockage was a lot deeper than 3' and Rotor Rooter ended up being needed in the end. But at least I have this one on hand if a toilet gets clogged.
