They felt so cheap - almost like a kid's toy
They felt so cheap - almost like a kid's toy. Very uncomfortable in your ear. They were way too bulky. I found a much better pair made by Philips for 5 dollars less and you can tell even by looking at them that they are quality headphones. These were garbage.

Buy a better product.
Don’t waste your money or time on these. Got them and charged them fully. Used them for 15 minutes and the battery was dead. Cheap garbage!

Excellent Product
There were some problems with the initial item when it arrived, but the seller was very responsive and fixed the problem very quickly. The set I have now works very will, and I am very impressed with the seller and would highly recommend them. It took me a little while to figure out how to get the ear pieces to fit correctly but once I did, they fit well. The instructions for how to fit the ear pieces could be a little better.

Heavy pieces should not be in the ear
Clumsy in ear, the electronics is in the bud, so it tends to fall out of your ear from sheer weight. The electronics should have been on the band instead. Just bad design. Sound quality is good, and pairing is pretty hassle free. Unfortunately though, the weight distribution made this unusable. I've since switched back to wired headphones.

Unable to use
Bought these as a gift. They did not take/hold a charge. The instructions say a light comes on when charging, had them plugged in for 4 hours and never once was the light on.

I am extremely satisfied with these headphones! Wireless is definitely the way to go now. After lots of sifting through options to find a set, I found this design to be very attractive. I recently had to return some earbuds, because they were not loud enough for my liking, and was not at all disappointed with this headset. My ears are very small, and the smallest fitting works perfectly for me - no pain or problems with them falling out! Also, I found the customer service to be extremely on top of things and very helpful. They immediately e-mailed me to make sure I got my set and that everything was alright. The pairing was easy for me as well. I'm not sure where other people were running into these problems, but I am happy with my purchase.
