Broke the minute I took it out of the box.

I've had a slow bathroom sink drain for a while now so I decided to finally do something about it . I've tried Drano in the past and it will free it up a bit for a few months but never completely takes care of the problem . I bought this snake as a first attempt to free it up . First impressions are that the packaging and contents are both really crude . The coiled snake was in two pieces , not sure if it was broken or if it was supposed to be like that ? When I went to use it , it kept getting hung up in the trap no matter how much I twisted the snake . It eventually started bending all out of shape . I ended up giving up on the flexi-snake and instead used Pure Lye Drain Opener and now it flows like new . Wish that I'd known about Pure Lye years ago !

Not really flexible enough to do a complete job. Second time we used it, it twisted so badly, the head broke off.

well its very flimsy, my sink is unclogged. It worked......all the hair out of the drain. So it worked for the price.

I had something similar to this but this one twisted and twisted and never really went down the drain. I ended up throwing it in the garage because it was a pain to use.

Very useful little tool.
