For occasional us it is good. For commercial everyday use it will ware out. When a plunger can't do the job this will.

This tool was easy to use. The clogged toilet was a low flow water saver, of course. I have had it for 10 years or so and normally a plunger does the trick, but not this time. The plunger would seem to work but the flush was just not right. So I got this tool which worked very well. Easy to use and I am an old(er) female.I feel good that I saved myself $80 for a service call. After I used it I put it into my laundry tub and squirted it down all over with Clorox Cleanup spray and then rinsed. It is drying out and I will hang it on a hook when dry.

Terrible product and terrible design. It is all metal. How on earth can it be used without scratching your toilet. The moment I inserted it in the toilet, it started scratching it. I was extremely careful not to the wires touch the toilet, but the problem is in the L-shaped tube. It is metal as well. This product should be removed, do not buy.

This is a great product. The one I had before had a plastic tube which broke down. This one is welded steel giving it much more durability. At $15 it was a real bargain. Works well and stands up to heavy duty use. I was so satisfied I bought two. One for each bath. I definitely recommend!

I bought this item as a last ditch effort before calling in the professionals. cleared my clogged toilet. only draw back is that the tip is not rubber coated and may cause damage to the bowl. Other than that, the product is great for its purpose

Worked perfect on a VERY clogged toilet.

I was careful using this product but it still managed to scratch my toilet and it was more difficult to snake through my toilet than cheaper alternatives. I wasted my money
