Rainbow Heart Earrings on Plastic Posts Metal Free 10mm

These turned out better than expected! I have had metal sensitivity issues since I was little myself, and so I was hesitant to let my daughter pierce her ears to begin with because I knew what she was possibly going to face. Sure enough she had the metal sensitivity that came with 5 plus months of her ears just never wanting to completely heal over. A friend mentioned plastic earings to me and a quick search on Amazon led me to these. First night in and her ears had zero drainage, zero redness, zero reaction. We simply made sure the clean the plastic earings first with her ear cleaning solution, and cleaned her ears before putting them in and they haven't left her ears since. We have had them in for 6 days now and cleaned them 2x a day with the same solution that came from the shop where she got them pierced and they look great. Highly highly recommended for sensitive ears. Will definitely be ordering more. Age of my daughter is 6 1/2 almost 7 if that is helpful to anyone :)

Even though they are supposed to be hypoallergenic, they hurt my ears worse than sterling silver. Super cute design though. Tough review to make.~OK, and update to the earlier review. I soaked the earrings in 98 percent rubbing alcohol for just 10 seconds and the pain is gone. So must be some chemical remained on them or they were just dirty form handling. So that problem gone, 5 stars!

My daughter has sensitive ears, I was thrilled to find these adorable non-metal earrings. I purchased 3 pairs to give her on her birthday. They arrived adorably packaged & my daughter loved them right away! Unfortunately they did not last, the earrings quickly became unglued from the post. 2 of the 3 sets are now incomplete or broken. These were quite pricey for a plastic set of earrings. I really hoped for better quality and my daughter is quite disappointed that she cannot wear them anymore.

When my 6 year old got her post piercing instructions from our Peds office it said surgical steel or plastic was best for the first year. After the first 12 weeks she was able to change out her earrings and these were her first and she loved them! The post wasn’t too long for her and they are cute. The post is a little weak and I do worry with frequent changes if it will break but time will tell.

I bought these earrings to wear for hot yoga, I feel naked with out earrings, but metal earrings got too warm against my skin. These are perfect, plus they are so happy!

This was purchased for my 2yr old daughter and the part that goes through the ear was plastic and very bendy. We couldn't even get the backing on it without it bending so much it looked like it would break the long part off. Will not purchase again, returned. Do not buy. Very cheaply made.

I actually bought these to wear to celebrate pride week, and I was not disappointed. The colors are rivet, and their earrings are just as pictured.

Very cute! The plastic post has allowed my daughter to wear earrings again (due to metal allergies). The plastic post is much more durable than I thought it would be! We will definitely be ordering more of these!
