I love this stuff! High quality strands, without a lot of "crumbs" in the jar. I use this saffron for rice (of course), but I also use it when canning pickled vegetables. It gives such an amazing flavor and gorgeous color, and the price is very affordable. I don't have to skimp, no matter what I'm using it in.

I ordered this for my very first batch of paella which I made on a family vacation trip to Lake Tahoe. The saffron infuses a lovely golden color to the broth and a subtle scent and flavor. Just a small pinch is all you need, so I expect the tiny bottle to last a while.

Saffron is one of the key ingredients in making Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Pot Pie (Bott Boi). I have been making this dish as passed down through generations of my family since I was a tween. The most perfect flavor to accompany anybody's Chicken Stew, Soup, or even American Chicken Pot Pie. Will also be trying it with Roast Chicken.

Very good quality saffron and packaged nicely. I love the little corked jar it comes in as it stores it securely and yet is easy to remove what I need. The price for this saffron makes it a good value as well. I would purchase it again from this company.

I just made some Paella rice and used some of this saffron. It gave my rice nice color and flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed it. :)

Saffron is very hard to find and very expensive where I live. I was glad to be able to buy a small amount at a reasonable price. It will last me a long time. I only use it in once recipe for rice for two people. I also liked the container which is very easy to use.
