very happy with this blis K12.tablet is small enough to dissolve under tongue as per the instructions.do wish this came in the vanilla flavour of the smaller package, though. this size only comes in mint.

I'm a former smoker but I still vape and I have lots of oral issues right now.I'm always feeling mucousy disgusted with my breath I probably have tonsil stones but I can't even find them to get them out. I always have a disgusting taste in my throat and I brush probably four times a day. These probiotic supplements have been so effective for me in the past so I decided to order this product because it seemed to have much more in it. I've used bionazee before that product I would say is also effective and it tastes pretty good. I've used a different Blis product from this same lab but it was just the regular strength.. I just got these today and brushed my teeth really well I popped on in my mouth These are my thoughts so far. First off as soon as it coated my mouth I could definitely tell it was having the intended action of fending off the gross germs. It has totally neutralized the taste in my mouth. already I can already feel it affecting my throat Ifeel an instant difference in my sinues and breathing. From taking these oral probiotics before I know that this is the effect.I can feel it right away so I'm so glad I ordered these new ones that seem to be very strong.On another note the taste of these is almost unbearably off-putting when you stick it into your mouth as it spreads across your mouth it's pretty disgusting tasting and then all of a sudden you don't taste it so much it gets much much more mild as you suck on it and your mouth just feels and tastes clean as your sucking on it. I would say if you can get through about the first 30 seconds with this in your mouth you will be just fine. I only knocked one star off because of the taste but that doesn't matter to me I want the effect.I plan on using these regularly and seeing what the results are :)

This product is supported by clinical trials and is scientifically tested. The brand invented Blis K12 so no one has more experience in oral probiotics then these guys.I suffered from sore throats for years until I found the Blis brand. There is nothing more effective out there to build immunity and its completely natural. I have not had a cold or flu since using this product and am so happy its now available in a small handy container I can take anywhere. These are very low dose tablets with only two probiotic strains targeting immunity, in theory. But being what they are, they aren't going to make you that much more resilient to infection for the price you're paying.You're getting mostly isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose, flavoring, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide for how little viable/absorbable probiotics you're consuming per tablet. And frankly, your body just doesn't need those fillers and binders.As far as taste, these have barely any flavor or sweetness at all. They taste very faintly of mint but are mostly flavorless chalk, which is ok cuz who's buying this for it to be candy? Hopefully no one. Otherwise, you'd want to go through the whole box in one sitting.These come in a sturdy, plastic, pop-open tube that closes very securely to be airtight which I appreciate because air degrades probiotics over time.

I have ordered bliss products before and really like them. I normally order the smaller pack of 30 with ony 2.5b cfu. They seem to work so I thought Id try these something a little stronger.When they came the bliss box was all bent up I wish I had taken pictures.....i opened the bottle and waa shocked to find there was no type of seal on the bottle. I had just spent $30 on this which for me right now is a big deal so I really wanted these to work.I tasted them they did not taste right not sure if they are supposed to have a flavor but didnt. Just tast like they had been sitting out in I in air for days.....i still wanted to see if they would help.....not sure why i thought they would at this point but i tried them out for several days anyway...they didnt work. I have never had a problem with bliss products, very disappointed in this one.I would have normally sent the product back immediately but didnt this time....i really should have though

I don’t mind the taste or the time it takes to dissolve. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and take medications that weaken my immune system. Since starting a new medication (that I love) I’m constantly fighting oral thrush, yeast infections, and dandruff. I’m hoping that cutting out added sugar and taking this product will help! I figure, it can’t hurt, and the company’s research shows it works in the lab. I haven’t noticed a difference yet, but it’s only been 3 weeks of taking 1-2 tablets a day. I’ll update my review in a month or two!

I don’t care for the flavor but my gum sensitivity to cold water is gone. I feel my mouth to be clean in the morning, goo breath before even brushing my teeth. I have not been to the periodontist so I am not sure yet what kind of improvement he will notice. I will buy this again for sure-
