My easily-intimidated-by-new-toys green cheek conure loved this basket right off the bat
My easily-intimidated-by-new-toys green cheek conure loved this basket right off the bat, and it hadn't been hung up for more than 5 minutes before he was having fun pushing the basket and watching it swing back to him. He's also very partial to the acrylic beads hanging from the chains, and loves chewing on them. Sometimes Rio climbs into the basket, but right now it's getting the most use as an in-cage foraging toy- whenever he gets put in the cage I'll hide a nice treat or two in the basket, then cover it up with toys/paper shreds, and Rio has a lot of fun clinging to the swinging basket and chucking out the items to get to the treats. He tends to not play with his toys when he's caged (which is very infrequent as I work from home) so this has been some good enrichment for him. Sometimes he even chooses to go into the cage on his own if we're hanging out near it just in order to check the basket for new treats and then to have fun swinging it around.Photos give a decent size reference, the basket is definitely large enough for a GCC to sleep in if it were so inclined.

This basket swing is one of my birds most favorite.
This basket swing is one of my birds most favorite. I own 12 cockatiels and 2 conures and they just love to sit in it, play on it and also sleep in it. Because they love this toy and with as many birds as I have, I am constantly purchasing several of these at a time and replace them once they have been chewed up. This basket is made very well, one basket will usually last about 4-6 weeks before it is time for a new one and that is a long time for them. With as many birds as I own, I am always purchasing new toys for them or replacing their favorites such as this one. This basket is one toy that they never get bored with. Most of the toys that I purchase rarely last 4 weeks and if they do that is when my birds get bored so, I need to take them out of the cage and replace them with new ones. I also use the parts from this basket to make other toys using the three rings that are attached to it. The basket is hung from a chain link that is very sturdy and has not fallen apart no matter how much they chew on it.At night one of the cockatiels can always be found sleeping inside the basket and during the day when the nap as well. Very happy with this toy and my birds are also, very happy. Will continue to purchase this for them and would recommend this basket swing to my fellow bird owners.

VERY SMALL AND THIN
It's not that sturdy or thick enough and now it's made a lot smaller than the first 3 I bought.I wish you would make them the original size that you started out making them.It would help a lot if you make them stronger and thicker as the ones you started out making. My parakeets can hardly get in it without tipping it over and falling out of it.

Great for forging and play as well as resting.
What’s not to like!? He absolutely loves his basket. He likes to lay in it and he likes to Forge for the treats I hide inside the crevices of the basket as well as chew on his basket. I will definitely be ordering another one. Also he is pretty picky about his toys and is very spoiled boy but also doesn’t take to new toys very well. This one was an instant hit. I know when he is super happy because he always sitting in his basket and talking up a storm and whistling 😗 If your happy and you know it. Thanks Bonka Bird Toys

Squidgit Loves It!
My little Pineapple Green Cheek Conure loves her basket. I have it hanging from a perch on the play gym that is top of the cage. I lowered it enough she can climb in. I use it as a toy box. Her balls and bells are in it. She has chewed holes on the sides. She'll sit in it and pick at some of the toys, or walk up to it and take things out. If she destroys it enough to where it won't hold the toys, I will buy another one. It's worth it. The price is great too! Squidgit lives with Joey the Parakeet and Gracie the Cockatiel. Neither one of them bother with this basket.

Perfect Conure Treat/Toy Basket!!!
My green cheek conure loves using this to eat seeds out of! It's his treat basket! I put puzzles and pebbles for him to play with in there and he loves it! Makes a mess, but loves it! This is a perfect size for him to stand on and it's surprisingly sturdy enough so he doesn't get scared from the rocking (just put it against or near the sides and corners of the cage). The chain is a little short but it hasn't caused any problems for me or my conure. If it does become a problem though you could easily tie some string or rope to extend it. Also the little toys on it are removable so if the bird doesn't like it you can use them as foot toys! I took some of them off because I didn't want to scare him. Amazing toy and in cage storage!

Apparently my budgie thought it was good enough to eat!
My budgie loved her basket; only, she preferred to chew on it instead of sitting/sleeping in it, as was my intention. In less than one month, my little birdbrain completely annihilated her basket. However, she sure had a blast tearing it to shreds, so at least she got a lot of enjoyment out of it and that is the reason I am still rating this 4 out of 5 stars. After she thoroughly destroyed the basket, though, I recycled the little chains and gems by adding them to her newest shreddable toy, much to her happy delight.

A bit small for an adult mourning dove.
A bit small, but overall very fun for the bird. However, Danny Dove-ito loves making clicking noises and will click the little acrylic gems with her beak for hours on end. With the entire house working from home during the pandemic (except me of course) it has been quite annoying. A great gift if the bird owner in your life is your sibling and you wish to drive them absolutely nuts.
