Amazing!!
These beignets made a wonderful Christmas morning treat alongside blueberry pie filling. The texture reminds me of sugary little donuts from a long-gone Chinese restaurant I loved as a kid. Delicious - with a side of surprise nostalgia.

OMG - SO GOOOOOOODD!
These beignets are SO crazy good. Like dangerously good. And EASY to make on the stove. I used a can of coconut cream instead of the milk and butter for dairy free- these were AMAZING!

Delicious but not like traditional beinets
These were really yummy. They tasted like a mix between doughnuts and funnel cake. They did not have the air pocket that is typical of beignets, however the texture was still very palatable, not at all grainy or gritty. They were quick to make, but getting the oil the right tempature to cook them through without over cooking the outside was a little challenging and took some trial and error. Over all these were a delicious gluten free treat.

Beignet lover whose been to New Orleans
My husband discovered his love for beignets when we visited New Orleans a few years ago and spent a week. We literally went to Cafe Du Monde twice a day. I have Celiac but I had to take a bite and experience a true beignet beyond Disneyland. My husband always requests beignets for the holidays now and since I was having a hard time finding the Cafe Du Monde mix at the grocery store this year with shipping delays I explored online and found this alternative that I could actually eat and not feel sick after!!! I have no idea what that picture review is below because that person did not make them correctly 🤣 You have to stretch and flatten the dough with a roller and cut squares. They should be pretty thin. Fry in vegetable oil and then then sprinkle with powdered sugar generously. I’m not kidding, these tasted almost exactly like Cafe Du Monde. Inside texture was a little thicker than the famous New Orleans beignets but otherwise taste was pretty spot on! Whole family was very happy!

Excellent gluten free Beignets.
I'll give these five stars as they're the best gluten free Beignets we've had yet. While not quite like gluten Beignets, they're a good substitute and puff up enough to be airy. I've tried the hand made gluten free Beignets in the past with yeast and generally have ended up with dense pucks of bread material.Best eaten warm (of course!). If you eat them cold they start to taste a bit eggy.

Tastes like cake
This was good for gluten free but tastes more like a cake than a beignet. But it was easy to use and quick

Apple pie beignets
My kid used this mix to make apple pie beignets for my bday breakfast this year. I don't normally eat Gluten free to give you a perspective of me as a reviewer. They actually were way more delicious than the non Gluten free ones I had at a restaurant a week earlier AND they were cooked in the air fryer.
