More advanced than it seems!
- Jim Stoppani is well respected in the fitness and bodybuilding world, he has youtube channel, website, and so on.- Book provides some background on bodybuilding and the science behind it, but is primarily a resourse for those familiar with the gym in my opinion. I have been lifting weights for a long time, and have gained a lot of strength over the years, so this book basically provides me with additional ideas for exercises, and some various different workout plans.- The advanced methods chapter goes into ideas such as pyramid sets, rest pause, drop sets, etc. This is where I found useful information and workout plans to change up my routine.- Chapters are divided into exercises with pictures, explanations, variations, for just about every upper body exercise you can think of. Well done here.- Remember this is an upper body book, so leg workouts aren't part of this book.- Nutrition also isn't included here in depth, this is strictly for those looking for hard hitting workouts.- Overall for the price its an excellent resource, easy to read, easy to find what you may be looking for. Give it a try!

Very well written and explained
If you want a book that can explain exercises and the muscles they work you have it here. There are workout routines that you can take with you to the gym. My wife and I have been using it for about 3 weeks and have already noticed a difference in our strength and the intensity of our workouts. There are several different workout plans determined by what you want to accomplish. You won't be disappointed.

SOOOO INFORMATIVE!!!!
This book really lays the groundwork for how to excerise your arms and upper body properly. Additionally to it being helpful regarding form and technique, it is also a very easy read.

Good Exercise Guide
I borrowed this book from the campus library and found it to be very useful. It has a variety of upper body workouts that will keep you from getting bored, and help you to make some gains. It also has some sample weekly workouts, which could also be useful for beginning lifters.

Great book on arms!
Awesome book! Had everything I need to know about arms.. great tool for helping me set up my arm workouts. Recommend for any skill level of strength training.

not great
Good ref for upper body show some variation not bad for the price. Really good for a beginner but really you can find this stuff on the web for free and the work out setup is about the only good points but since this is just upper body you will be missing alot of what you need.
