Doesn't Rotate.
The description says it rotates. According to the dictionary, rotate mean: "move or cause to move in a circle around an axis or center." This thing definitely doesn't rotate. It's a little annoying when using it, but otherwise, it's fine

Item not as described.
I purchased this item to use in my home gym to conduct bicep curls with. The bar is plastic with foam handles attached to it. It is made out of plastic, not stainless steel. The handles are fixed and do not, in any way, rotate as described in the title. The carabiner that came with it is cheaply made and is not meant for weight carrying. It resembles the ones I purchased at the $2 shop to hang my keys on.Very disappointed with the product.

Could be better/but good for the price
As the bar is rigid and made from one piece of steel, certain excercises feel a little awkward as there is no movement on the bar.
