HTC ONE M9 Case, FEKIA [Armor Tank] HEAVY DUTY Built-in Screen Protector Rugged Full Body Protective Durable Hybrid Case with KickStand [4 x Interchangeable Back Plates Included] Cover for HTC M9

I purchased this case for my brand new iPhone 6s Plus, which is my second of this brand replacing a worn out 4s. The build quality of this case is very good but since this is meant to work for a phone I can give it no more than two stars.Initially I was impressed with how difficult it was to disassemble the case and install the phone. Tolerances are very tight. The main reasons I purchased this case were for a case with a built in screen protector of good quality, a combination of metal and rubber materials, a low profile bevel on the screen side for finger access to the edges of the screen, and the built in kick stand.The kickstand has only popped out unintentionally a couple times but feels like with frequent use it could easily become loose enough to swing out more frequently. It doesn't feel strong either so I am very careful with it when the kickstand is engaged. Surprisingly I rarely use this feature like I do with my iPads so I've decided it is a feature with which I can part.There are no issues with the screen protector or finger print identification button. Using the touch screen is a very pleasant experience.One of the first dislikes I had with this phone was tactile. There are very sharp edges where parts of the case meet at the edges of the phone. I'm not going to test it with my finger but you could probably cut through the tape on a package with how sharp the overlap feels. My other dislike is how slick everything is. I had hoped the rubbery parts would be soft and offer grip but they do not. I like to set my phone on flat surfaces with confidence that they will not slide but this case allows the phone to slide with little restriction. If you are looking for a case that will enable the phone to egress from your pockets with ease this may be for you. I do not like how easily it can slip out of my pockets so I find myself keeping a hand over whatever pocket it is in.An advantage to being so slick is that dirt does not cling like it does to grippier surfaced cases like the Griffin Survivor. And the profile of the case is very, very slim. Impressively so. Very little bulk added to the phone. Reading the screen has never been a problem but it can make a bright reflection. 3D touch works fine.The case looks very nice and having extra case backs is nice as well. The pictures were not misleading but it wasn't until I installed the phone in the case that I realized how much of the upper portion of the back side does not receive the metallic protection. I am very careful with my phone so I cannot comment on durability. It does not feel nearly as protective as my Griffin or Otterbox cases I have on iPads. I think it is mislabelled calling it a tank.The worst part and ultimately the reason I will be replacing this case with something else is that call quality is horribly limited by this case. People can barely hear me via how the mic is covered. Trying to be understood by an automated phone system with this case is impossible. People I speak with complain on every call when I don't use a bluetooth headset. And even on speakerphone I can hardly hear anyone. The "hey, Siri" feature absolutely never picks up my voice with this case installed. This case requires bluetooth. Playing music via the built in speaker is strangely not nearly as bad as phone calls. With the volume up all the way during calls you would think it was at one of the lowest settings at both ends. I do not believe the case is impairing reception.Ultimately it is well made but the sharp edges and very poor call quality make it so I cannot recommend this case to anyone.

I got this for a gift for my daughter that has an iPhone 6 and she purchased this case 2 years ago and recently she dropped it from her apartment building and it did not damage the phone but the case after multiple uses and drops finally showed sign of breaking but that is not a bad thing because this product has been so great for her and has protected her phone. It lives up to it's name of Heavy Duty. I just thought it would last longer than 2 years but usually it isn't always the product, it is the people who use it :) So that is why I only gave 3 stars but it could get almost a 5 star rating. I wasn't sure how I would for sure rate it. We will see how long this lasts and I can update you. I hope I won't have too :) Because I am hoping it will last 2 plus years until I get her a new phone.

Besides the ONLY negative, this case functions well.

***UPDATED 3/23/16 SEE BOTTOM OF REVIEW******I decided to give this case a buy even considering the overly obvious multiple user reviews to inflate the overall rating, usually indicating a cheap product with fake reviews to try and sell more***The overall case is pretty solid, the ports are covered well and everything feels fairly snug. The plastic "screen protector" cover fits mostly flush to the phone and doesn't impact performance.There's only one really major issue with this case that I have and it's the kickstand. The kickstand is a very generic plastic, it's very flimsy especially when used in portrait mode and feels as though it's about to break when I touch the screen. It's also straight plastic, so it's very slippery. My previous case had a rubber contact on it at the outer portion of the kickstand so the phone never budged. Unless you use this on carpet or rubber, your phone will slide around when using he kickstand and touching the screen. This is a very major issue for me as I generally use it in kickstand mode quite heavily. The kickstand also doesn't really "lock" when deployed, so you may extend the kickstand and find the phone flops back down because it didn't secure in a standing position.If I didn't use the kickstand so much, this would be at least a 4 star case. If the kickstand had good traction and didn't feel so flimsy and bending while in portrait mode, this would easily be 5 stars. The inclusion of extra backplates with extra kickstands does sort of make up for this flaw, but then, I'll have to go to a color I don't like if one ever does break, and that is where I would be sorely irritated to use this case further.****UPDATE 3/23/16****I have already had to change the back cover 3 times because the kickstand keeps breaking. Now, the built in screen protector is starting to separate from the front cover, and the back doesn't secure very well with the replaceable cover. I have changed my rating from 4 stars to 1. This is a poor quality product and I am now searching for a replacement, even though I still have 1 back cover left. I know it will break within 2-3 weeks at most.
