i had to trim a bit of fabric, and i typically use a small safety pin to keep it in place, but i quite like it for packing purposes. also is far less weird if you happen to have it fall out/be seen by a cis person than a prosthetic lol

There's nothing wrong with padded bras or push up bras. Sometimes you need a little more confidence when wearing a speedo or tights. I work out a lot and I like to wear speedos and tights. The only thing is that I am a little undersized. This gives me the enhancement I need. It's comfortable, and it's not ridiculously large. But it takes you from small to about what people would expect to see in a speedo. Check out my before and after pics.Note, you need briefs or some kind of speedo to keep it in place. No boxers or commando.

I'll start by saying I am a man w man parts (read on if your transitioning). Fairly well endowed but when I wear tighter pants things can look a little weird and lumpy and and my junk doesn't feel all that comfortable (like getting squished).This cups things pretty nicely so the tighter pants feel more comfortable and gives a smoother look.It does add to the bulge and I've noticed and busted a lot more women looking (no complaints there).I did see comments in reviews about it shifting around, and it does. This is where I have some advice for everyone. Regardless of whether or not you have existing man parts, you need to keep it from moving around too much. For visuals as well as comfort.What I've found works best is- get underwear that has a 'horizontal' or 'top' fly with a 'pouch'. This keeps it from shifting side-to-side with a traditional fly.- use some tape to affix the front of it to the inside of the underwear to hold it even better.

If you want to feel more masculine a sick balled up would work better it's very uncomfortable and this is meant for people born with male genatillia so to any trans folks or cosplayers its very uncomfortable and moves around a lot

Fits great and hides your junk and keeps it from accidentally slipping out.
