I took this to Nashville with me for a 4 day country festival. It seems as I've gotten older (40) no matter what or how much I drink I feel cruddy the next day. With this , I would wake up not feeling well as I layed there, but as soon as I would get up I would feel completely normal and ready for another day!

It product itself is fine but it came with the box smashed and smells like essential oils even each packet since it was opened.

Highly recommend. Seems to do the trick for me. I take one packet first thing in the am, followed by a probiotic. Two thumbs up.

I’ve been taking these for about a week. I haven’t noticed a big difference yet but the taste is great. Easy to take. I drink it straight out of the package. I will continue to take these.
