Q: Are they slightly see through?

Not sure what you mean by slightly see through !! If You Put Bread In Bag You Can See it in Freezer Which is Good when looking through Freezer, But You Still Need to put in something else as Bread goes very dry and not useable..

Q: Are these suitable for vegetables snacks (cucumber, pepper)?

I’m not quite sure what you mean. They are greaseproof paper bags - you can put vegetables in them but if the vegetables contain a lot of water, such as sliced cucumber, then it will soak through the paper eventually. I use them for storing baked items, cheese and vegetables such as carrots (although the bags do get wet when the carrots sweat). Hope this answers your question

Q: Do you have Pack's of 1000

I have bought several of these bags in a couple of sizes. They are very good and save using so much plastic. The smallest one I purchased recently were too small - I ordered the wrong size. Just check the sizes so you get what you need. Otherwise you can't go wrong with this product.
