First of all, I am writing this review in advance of getting different replacement tips. I will update this after I get results or after some time passes and I have not gotten a response. The bulk box of tips (probably several hundred tips) that came with these darts do not work well. They are too flimsy for 18 gram darts and I'm not quite sure why they would even send these for 18 gram darts. They also sent two other sets (sets of 3 tips) to try out if the bulk tips don't work. One set is blue and the other set is white. Both of these tips worked much better and were quite a bit firmer than the bulk tips. I have requested a box of the blue tips.If you are a dart novice (like me) maybe some of this information I have learned will help you. First of all, the weight of your darts will make a huge difference in the way your tips work in your board. The darts that came with my board are only 10 grams, which is very light weight. After throwing heavier darts I can't see how anyone would like throwing 10 gram darts. They are simply too lightweight and harder to control, so I ordered these heavier 18 gram darts. Ironically, the tips that came with my 10 gram darts are pretty firm and the tips that came with the 18 gram darts are much more flimsy - just the opposite of what it should be.The 18 gram dart with the flimsier tip results in lots of bounce outs and when a dart does stick, it sags from the weight of the dart and causes the tip to flex, so you definitely need much firmer tips with 18 gram darts. In retrospect, I think I should have tried maybe 14 or 15 gram darts with firm tips. Heavier darts are obviously suited for steel tip darts - NOT soft tip darts.These darts are very nice in my opinion and I am confident I will be very pleased with them if/when I can get the right tips. If you are just getting into electronic (soft tip) darts, just keep in mind you should settle on the lightest weight dart you can stand, with the firmer tips. This will result in fewer bounce outs and bent/broken tips. Also, keep lots of spare tips and flights on hand, you will need them.Update: I just received an order of Viper 2BA Tufflex tips and they work great with my 18 gram darts. I threw 36 straight without a single bounce out, then I stopped to write this review. The darts stick firm and stand straight out - no sagging. Later I will see how many more I can stick before having a bounce out.

My only complaint is half of the dart tips that were sent are different. Half work good and the other half have a shiny tip that is too slippery to stick in my dartboard; they fall every time.

I have used these darts in the past and reordered them since my others were wearing out - breaking, coming apart, etc. I thought these might be made a little bit better, but I was wrong. The shaft continuously comes apart from the barrel once they make contact with the dart board. I find myself having to tighten them up every single time I throw them. Like my headline says, good for a beginner, but not the best quality. Will be either returning these and buying a better set or retaining these for when the kids come over so they have darts to use. Will definitely be buying a better set for my dart league.

I'd like to start by acknowledging that these are good quality darts and the tool is very handy. Unfortunately, the CyeeLife tips are too small to stick in my Fat Cat Electronx Electronic Dartboard. I was optimistic that this issue would be quickly resolved based on Anna's February 15th, 2021 Amazon review acknowledging that Linda at CyeeLife sent replacement tips to address her identical issue. Unfortunately, when I contacted Linda, she informed me that no alternate dart tip sizes are available and recommended that I contact Fat Cat manufacturer, GLD Products. In the end, my $19 dart set required another $10 worth of tips for it to be compatible with my board. Not terrible, but I had hoped for a better resolution.

We love the durability of them. Tips are great, strong. I recommend them.

For casual players, these darts are a giant step up in quality over plastic house darts! They are in fact nice solid grippy darts that fly and stick very nicely, while looking great. The price is awesome!If you don't need the competitive advantage of skinny tungsten darts that can group very tightly (i.e. triple double-bull), these are really sweet darts. Don't hesitate to get them if you think they will meet your needs.
