Great source of advice on using social media effectively
"Be Seen, Be Heard, Be Memorable" is a much-needed and well-organized book that takes much of the mystery out of social marketing. In this day when what was necessary to know ten or even five years ago is hopelessly out of date, Amit Ahluwalia's book provides what a business or individual needs to know today in order to run a successful social marketing campaign. Organized by topic, the book covers basic issues such as what social media is, SEO, SEM, and content marketing, how to use content marketing tools to reach your goals, types of marketing campaigns, developing your campaign, social media platforms, social media measurement systems, and more. I found its discussion of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, WordPress, and others to be most useful in showing how each of them can be used effectively in one's social media campaign."Be Seen, Be Heard, Be Memorable," in addition to containing a wealth of information, is clearly-written and chock-full of a lot of information in a fairly small space. Good book, it's kind of like a "social media, SEO & SEM for dummies". I like that it provides a template for launching SEO, SEM & Social media campaigns, great for referencing in the future.

Great guide to make social media work for you
So I have a little side business, and I really wanted to dive into social media to help augment it. I told myself, “How complicated can it be, really?” And then I looked into a few sites and was quickly overwhelmed by the choices and everything I had to consider. So I got this guide to help me. And did it ever! It brings up everything you need to think about when launching any kind of social media campaign. It helped me hone my vision so that I knew who my customer was and how best to communicate with my customer. I especially appreciated the chapter on defining your goals and strategy. That put so much into perspective for me. Each chapter goes into what questions you have to ask yourself about what you want to accomplish. It helps you build a blueprint of sorts of how your social media campaign should go. I highly recommend this guide!

Great easy guide to the social media world!
This book helped understand the basics and the importance of having a social media presence for yourself, blog or even a business. Great guide for anyone that is trying to build and figure this out like a newbie like my self. it also teaches you the different types of campaigns and how you can succeed with this tactic.
