No room to have them both, and I would constantly search for the matching bobbin and thread spool. I did this for LONG TIME; leaving me with a box full of wound bobbins I had no thread to match with. For a while I was trying to use rubber bands, and it worked but I didn't keep up with it. 😟One of the biggest problems I have with sewing is I use so many different thread types and Colors I have to constantly switch. 🫣 And it was a huge hassle before I found these. ❤️ The big wraps I use for my older thread spools that have the old fashioned cut in the edge to shove your thread in. So these were big plus for me. Obviously with the newer types from coats and Clark that have the indent where you can wind the thread to hold it you would not need them. But the little "C" clips that go on the bobbin to stop it from unthreading and the large bobby pin type one that goes through the hole of the bobbin and the thread spool or life-changing.If you only got ONE thing, I would highly recommend the long clips for bobbin and spool. As you can see from my photos it completely changed my thread game. Also, I repurposed an old k-cup type coffee thing to hold my most used bobbins from white and black to different colors. In case you have one lying around, or find one cheap from GW or SA. All I can say is if you sew even as a hobby you have to have these.And no I did not get paid to do this, I just recently stocked my craft room and wanted something that would help me and So I pawned it up and bought these and they DID IT. Wanted to share the Love 🫶

I love how these clips fit for holding bobbins and the bobbin clips keep bobbins in nice shape and how the rubber fits nicely around a spool of thread to hold the threads from unraveling!

This is a great way to keep your thread spools and bobbins organized, however if you use a spool rack these don't work well. Because the pin goes into the thread hole, you can't put the thread spool on a rack because the pin is there.

These are really nice! They keep my various machine's bobbins organized with the threads I'm using. Also nice when I use upholstery threads and want to keep the threaded bobbins with the right spools of thread. No more guessing which bobbins go with which spools of thread.

Other reviewers are correct: the "bobbin buddies" don't work! You cannot fit the plastic "bobby pins" into a spool of thread, nor a bobbin. Good idea, but the outcome was a failure.The spool covers were nice, and I used them all up, and will need more.The bobbin covers were...it's hard to say. The bobbins fit in well, and to keep the thread ends inside, it helps to wind up the bobbin in the cover. The covers are bulkier than the actual bobbins, so now they don't fit in my little storage tray as well, but at least, there are NO loose threads hanging out and getting tangled every time I reach in for a bobbin. So, I would say, bulky, but neat and tidy. And I now have WAY more bobbin covers than I do bobbins.For potential buyers, look for a set of items that does NOT have the "bobbin buddies" because those are a waste of money. The spool covers were great, and the bobbin covers are a matter of personal preference.
