Pictorial Ramayana

The book doesn't have correct details. Example - stones that were thrown in the ocean by Nal and Neel and they floated and that's how the bridge was built to reach Lanka. Similarly, Shabri's story is not correctly and completely written. Those were important parts of Ramayan with a different thing to preach.

As I was reading this book I decided to check on the videos to see if there are any videos of the gods mentioned in the book and I found few duels between Rama and other demons.I was surprised that the actual videos didn't match the exact story in this book.It is a short and easy read though!

Its an elaborate book, with the entire Ramayana.The book itself is very detailed with all the correct names and we love it.But it definitely is not for an 18 month old whose attention span is limited.Not a lot of pictures to keep them engaged.Would have loved more pictures but still a very good book.

Wish they'd mention an accurate age range on these books. There's too many words and not enough pictures for younger children

There's one picture every 5-6 pages. I was expecting more.
