Ha una buona quantità di fibre.I tempi di cottura sono particolarmente lunghi, 10 minuti abbondanti, ma l'attesa merita per il risultato. Questo tipo di pasta la apprezzo particolarmente con sughi e condimenti di terra ,anche leggeri. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo 👍🏻
