Fits my leg from groin to ankle. I am 5' 2". Only thing that would make it better is a sleeve. It can get kinda frosty and make your pant leg or blanket wet.

It really sweats, gets wet and freezes felt like frost bite. I guess I will try with a pillowcase and see if it works better. This is something that the seller should say when selling it.

Ordered this for my brother after minor knee surgery. He's also waiting for a new hip, so one can imagine the pain on a daily basis. Our first concern was "Will it stay in place with no straps?" He sits in his recliner, lays it down and it stays, even if he slightly shifts. It's about 2 feet long, so the entire thigh & then some is covered. It has helped so much, he had me order another, and is now afraid they may be discontinued (It's always the way, right?) so he wants me to order a backup, lol. It rolls up nicely to fit in the freezer & he hasn't complained once about it not being cold enough, long enough, so I call that a win, as he's very, um, particular.

I have found so many uses for this. I had two broken feet and of course this is big enough to cover both of them. I had back surgery for sciatica and this is big enough to lean against while in a chair or bed. If you live in a hot climate like me, it is a great item to just lay on to bring your body temperature down!! It folds up nicely and fits in a small freezer easily and is still soft when you take it out to use.
