I make rag rugs and this brand has consistent good quality and great colors. It’s a nice shortcut to get these when I’m too lazy to cut up old clothes/fabric. Gives a nice polished finish to projects.

Great cotton t-shirt yarn! The yarn has a consistent thickness and does NOT have any knots due to joining. It’s 1 consistent strand all the way through. I’ve experimented with multiple brands and this one is my favorite for cotton t-shirt yarn by far!

Some friends expect a baby boy, and I want to crochet a blanket; the parents love music like Prince. Purple Rain was the impetus, but all of the yarns I normally use were such girly colors. I chose the yarn for 2 reasons: 1) the color is a true purple and not a pastel lilac, lavender, or mauve, and 2) I thought that a t-shirt would be soft enough.The color is absolutely a Purple Rain purple; Prince would love the color. It is not as soft as I would have liked because the thickness when crocheted is somewhat stiff. This texture is perfect for a heavy-duty winter baby blanket. I love it!

Nice colour, plan to make a handbag with this colour. This yarn is firm but soft to the touch. Worth the wait.

Somewhat hard not really soft but easy to use

The media could not be loaded. This yarn looks beautiful and all but it’s really not easy to work with. It’s very stiff which is good for a basket. Not sure how others are making blankets with this. Maybe the ones I got are just hard than others. I worked with some other t-shirt yarn before using this one and it’s definitely not the same type of t-shirt yarn. It should be soft and easy to work with. I’m very disappointed. I already started to work on my bag and I’m not even half way and need more to get more yarn. I come and check and there’s no more purple color. If I knew I wouldn’t have started on this and look for something else to do with it.

I made some beautiful hanging baskets with this product. The only issue I had was it twisted up a lot. I realized after I was almost done, that I should have stretched it slightly as I worked with it. Also when I crochet I normally pull the yarn from the middle of the spool or skein. This works better if you pull the yarn from the outside of the spool like you would a spool of thread.
