Really Good!
I bought these for my Motorcycling activities. I ride a lot and have now wondered why I haven't worn long socks before. So much better within the boots.

Great for diabetics!
I'm a diabetic, and with neuropathy in my feet/shins I often clonk my shins on things without knowing. I've been looking for some kind of shin pad solution for a while now, and I couldn't really find anything short of buying actual football shin pads ...until I found these socks! The padded fronts are great and really help my shins fend off any mishaps. They keep my feet warm and cosy. And they're a really good price. (And apparently socks that are snug/compression are good for diabetics?) So, all in all, these are great! Plus I'm all stocked up on socks for when I go snowboarding/skiing or cold days.

They stay in place!
Excellent product. I walk around 10 miles a day and needed a pair of long socks in the very cold weather and these fit the bill nicely. They stay up to just below my knee, they don't itch and they are a great price. Would buy again when needed.

Comfy but a little short
I found these socks very comfortable and generally fit really well with the exception that I find them a bit short so they tend to fall down from my calf...

YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED - WORTH EVERY PENNY
When £4.99 buys you three pairs of knee-length socks, and you are asked to pay £13 for only two pairs, you have to expect something pretty special. And I was not disappointed. They came half-way up this six-footer's knees, and had to be turned over at the top to be worn comfortably; and compared with their chgeaper competitors they were thick, but not so thick they were uncofortable in my usual size ten shoes. Being old and easily chilled, I wear these as everyday socks, and find them a joy; but I think they might be too warm for the young and healthy in a centrally-heated office. An idea of the difference in quality may be gleaned from the fact that the £4.99 variety weighed 52grams per pair - the Yuedge 158grams per pair. !They are made in China, and to my eyes their pattern design seems to reflect a traditional Chinese element, so I had assumed that Yuedge was an anglicised version of a Chinese name, an assumption seemingly confirmed when I found the company's profile, which was available only in Chinese. A translation reveals I couldn't have been more wrong. The name is a trademark of Shenzhen YuJie Outdoor Sporting Goods Co., Ltd, a Chinese manufacturer of outdoor clothing. But Yuedge is a surname apparently first found centuried ago on the Isle of Uist, in the Hebrides, and apparently later metamorphosed into many different Scottish names, including MacCuish, MacCooish, McCuist - and more, including, presumably, McCoist !. How or why a Chinese clothing manufacturer should choose a Hebridean surname as its trademark is unclear - but, judging by this example, it's very appropriate in view of the nature and quality of its products.

Not Knee High
Nice socks, comfortable, although they are not knee high by any stretch of the imagination, half calf, and only kept as they will work when wearing thermals, disappointing in this respect
