I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE!!!!! My eyesight was getting blurry due to sever chronic dry eyes and within a couple of days of taking these it has improved by more than 95%. My eye doctor actually prescribed something else and gave me samples of them to try (PRN De Omega supplement). After doing extensive research about the ingredients, I am super excited I chose these. I suffer from chronic severe dry eyes and have to do a couple of things, including use of autologous serum eyedrops. All I know is after more than six months of feeling like my eyes were suffering, and I was running out of option, that feeling has gone away in a matter of days with this supplement. You have to take the 3 capsules on an empty stomach to maximize absorption. Every once in a while I get a fishy burp that last for a couple of hours. But if you put them in the freezer and take them frozen that is supposed to help with the fishy burp aftertaste. Super Awesome!!!!!!

My optician has been watching a blood spot in my eye for the past year; I am diabetic. I was also concerned because my vision had become very poor. To my surprise my eyes had improved drastically. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from dry eye or Sjogren's disease. It has helped more than any other vitamin I have tried, andI have tried many. It helps my eyes secrete oil that would not be normally secreted. Even though I have tried restasis and am now on Xiidra - it really works well.

Beware that Amazon fulfills the order with a similar product by the same manufacturer. Similar but different from the product pictured. The one star is not for the product. The product is solid. I normally buy direct from the Seller. That is not an option this time.

No fish after taste.

My eye doctor recommended I use OcuSci for dry eyes. I wear contacts for astigmatism and they are weighted to position properly in my eye. With dry eyes, the contacts were not able to rotate into position properly so my vision was compromised. I was willing to try fish oil but I was concerned about "fish burps". Great news - that doesn't happen at all with this product! I've been using these supplements for a few weeks now and I no longer have any dry eye issues. Unlike many supplements, this product lives up to its promise.

Dry eye, works as prescribed

I typically buy the large bottle of this same brand and it works wonders for my dry eyes. But when I found the small bottle I tried it becasue then I'm spending $45 a month versus $100. I've been using the pills from the small bottle for 3 months now, and I feel like my eyes are worse rather than better. I see an actual difference with the capsules from the large bottle. Seriously wondering if the contents of this bottle are legitimate. I'm going back to buying the big bottle.
