I don't think this is real Cascara Sagrada
I've been taking Cascara Sagrada for over a decade. I know what dose works. I made my own caps with this and super bummed out to find out that it doesn't work at all. I keep thinking - I'll just take more...but, nothing. I'm going to have to agree with the other 5 people that gave it a one star review for the same reason.

I have been using cascara for since 1978. This is the worst cascara sagrada I ever had. I made 00 caps and swallowed 4. What do you thing happened after 12 hours? NOTHING!!! I hate to write negative reviews, but this product need to be removed from Amazon. I will go as far as to say it is definitely not the real thing. Bitter? Yes. Is it cascara? I don't think so. Waste of money..
