Perfect for postpartum
These were great for postpartum! They are very similar to the ones you get in the hospital and are comfy. I suggest getting them!

A must for c-section mamas
If you had a cesarean, you will use these in the hospital. They are comfortable against your scar area, and fit the extra long pads you'll also be using. I took some home from hospital to tide me over til these arrived.If your surgery is planned, then just order these ahead of time!I'm a normal size small in underwear, but ordered these a size up. In fact, may have been able to go to an L. Bigger = more comfort.Good luck! And congratulations on your little one!

Size up
I usually wear large, but ordered XXL and they fit. Wouldn’t want them any smaller. Good coverage for c-section/abdominal hysterectomy incision.

Runs small but does The job.
I'm not sure if I missed a measurement to it but they were quite tight and took some stretching to fit properly luckly didn't have to use very long.

SOOOO SMALL and Uncomfortable
I accidentally ordered a medium, but I am technically a medium and this was so small and uncomfortable. I ordered an XL afterwards and still not the same fit I had in the hospital. Tight around the legs and break at the crotch after one use. Definitely size up, up up! If I were to get this again I would get the XXL+.

Good Quality, Little Tight
I needed these after running out of the ones I received from the hospital after giving birth. I ordered the same size as the ones I got in the hospital, but these were tighter. I should have gone 1 size up, but they were slightly better quality than the ones from the hospital.

Great for post pregnancy
They come shrink wrapped but the full 32 were there. No chemical smell. These have been great after my c section when regular panties would not work. Extremely breathable and light weight. Occasionally one rips in the thigh/crotch area but no complaints

C-section life saver
These are super comfy and stretchy. They aren't too tight on the soft postpartum tummy, and don't dig in anywhere. They were especially good for my csection recovery. Light, breathable, and Washable. You can easily get a few wears out of them even though they're marketed as disposable. I sized up because I didn't want them to be tight.
