Pretty Amber Glass Turtle Table Lamp-1030

I was trying to replace an older version of this night light. This one the quality seems to be just so so. The first one I received in the mail was smashed to bits. They replaced the shell at no charge. I paid 65 dollars and have since seen similar ones in specialty shops for around 40.

The lamp arrived on time and very well packed. The glass shade is pretty and gives off a warm amber light. One caveat: the head and legs of the turtle on the lamp I received are a dark brown color rather than the greenish, "verdigris" look in the pictured item, which I would have preferred, but I liked it well enough to keep.

I am giving the Amber Glass turtle a one star. The amber glass pattern of speckles is only on part of the glass shade. I feel it was of second quality. I know this because we had a Amber glass table Lamp just like this ( I broke the shade) and the speckles covered the entire glass shade.Not very happy.

This is a wonderful night light in our living room! We needed an attractive light next to our tv that didn't look out of place. This is a nice addition that lights our way.
